SHOP REGULATIONS APPLICABLE FROM 12.25.2014
I. General Information
1. This Regulation lays down rules use the online store available at www.vita.biz.pl owner of an online store is the company vita.biz.pl VITA Tomasz Tabeau ul. Litewska 16 , 80-719 entry in the Register of Economic Activity No. 14674 in Sopot, NIP 585-110-97-80, REGON 191133804 hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

3. Using the store vita.biz.pl constitutes acceptance of these Rules.
4. Trademarks are reserved and used only for the presentation of products and companies.
5. The seller is obliged to provide services and deliver things free from defects.
6. The Seller shall apply to the code of good practice.
7. All prices quoted on the website www.vita.biz.pl are gross prices
8. Using the online shop is possible provided that the system used by the Purchaser following minimum technical requirements:
a) a PC or mobile device that can connect to the Internet and having an operating system
b) Internet browser that supports standard HTML, CSS, JavaScript
c) JavaScript enabled
d) enabled Cookies
e) an active e-mail account
II Rules concerning ordering merchandise
1. Order is submitted via order form filled interactively by the Buyer during the implementation of the purchase of the site.
2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through the whole year.Orders placed after hour 3 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. The order is required for the full and consistent with the actual situation fill in all the forms and approval by clicking "confirm order". Incompleteness or incorrectly completed forms can not be accepted for processing.
4. When submitting the order, the Buyer is obliged to provide a phone number or a landline phone and e-mail address, under which it will be possible to confirm the order. 5. Placing an order entails the obligation to pay for selected goods in the amount specified in the order.
6. Orders, unconfirmed by the Buyer within 5 days from the date of the order will not be realized.
7. Changes in prices of goods in the shop vita.biz.pl do not apply to orders placed before the introduction of new prices.
8. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the sale of certain products included in the catalog pages. In the event of a product recall after placing the order, the Seller will inform placing the order to withdraw.
9. Shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.
10. Supplier for the purchased goods receive proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) Customers who did not give their NIP nor cautioned that when ordering receive a receipt.
III.Shipping and Payment
1. Ordered goods are delivered to the customer via courier, the Polish Post or otherwise selected by the buyer of the option specified when ordering. Purchased goods are delivered to the address indicated on the order form.
2. Delivery of ordered goods is from 24 hours to 21 days after order confirmation unless the order confirmation there will be no other findings about the delivery time between the Seller and the Buyer.
3. Payment for the goods and the delivery can be made in the following manner:
- Cash on delivery - payment for shipment on delivery - postman or post office.
- Payment on delivery courier service

- By credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club.
- Cash on personal receipt of goods at the company headquarters

5. After paying the buyer should check the contents of the package in the presence of the provider in order to check whether there has been damage to the goods during delivery. In the event of infringements or damage, ask the courier or an employee of the Polish Post Office draw up a report stating reservations as to the status of the consignment.
6. In the absence of goods in the warehouse, the Buyer is informed of this fact and the associated increase in the duration of the contract.
7. Seller is not responsible for mechanical damage to goods caused during transport. Complaints in this regard should be reported immediately upon receipt, in accordance with paragraph. 5 of this chapter. Adoption of the package without reservations by the Buyer results in the loss of claims for the loss or damage.
IV. The right of withdrawal
1. The consumer who has concluded a distance contract is entitled pursuant to art. 27 of the Law of 31.05.2014 on the rights of the consumer the right to withdraw from it without giving any reason and at no cost. Withdrawal deadline is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered null and void.
2. The right to return goods does not apply to business entities.
3. To benefit from the right of withdrawal must submit a written statement in the form of a letter sent to the address VITA Tomasz Tabeau ul. Litewska 16, 80-719 Gdańsk or by e-mail vita@vita.biz.pl. The statement must be submitted on a form which is enclosed No. 2 to the law on consumer rights, on this form or any other written form.

4. The Seller shall immediately confirm the consumer by electronic mail (e-mail address provided at the conclusion of the contract or the other if it was given in a complex statement) receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
5. Seller shall immediately, not later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal filed by the Consumer .The consumer will return all payments made by him, including the costs of delivering the goods, and if the consumer has chosen method of delivery other than the least expensive normal delivery offered by the Seller it does not return the consumer the additional costs.The consumer shall be solely responsible for the decrease in the value of things as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of things.
6. The Seller shall refund using the same method of payment, which used the consumer, unless expressly agreed to another payment method that does not involve him with no consequences.
7. The consumer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date on which withdrew from the agreement. The consumer sends things the subject of the contract, from which departed at his own expense and risk.
8. The Seller may withhold the reimbursement until receiving back the goods.
V. Guarantees
1. Seller does not grant the Buyer a guarantee within the meaning of art. 577 of the Civil Code.
2. Goods sold by the Seller may be guaranteed by the manufacturer or distributor of goods
3. In the case of goods covered by the warranty information on the existence and content of the guarantee is always presented on the website of the store.
VI. Warranty
The Seller is liable to the Client who is a consumer with a warranty for defects to the extent specified in the Civil Code, in particular Article. 556 .
2. Seller pursuant to Art. 588 of the Civil Code excludes the case of the sale of a non-selling consumer liability under the warranty.
3. If the purchased thing has a defect consumer may request the exchange of things for free without defects or remedy the defect, it can also make a statement about the price reduction or - if a defect is important -o withdrawal.
4. The seller is obliged to replace the defective thing for free without defects or rectify the defect within a reasonable time and without undue inconvenience to the consumer.
5. The Seller has the right not to recognize consumer choice if the selected method is not feasible, or would require excessive costs.
6. If the consumer is interested in lowering prices it should fold statement determine the amount of the reduction in the proportion to the price resulting from the agreement in which the value of things remains a drawback to the value of things without drawbacks.
7. The consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract if the defect is negligible (ie, small, not disturbing the use of things as intended).
8. Seller within 14 days shall refer to a statement or sentence Consumer. Otherwise, to accept that he considered them to be justified.
9. The Seller is responsible under the warranty if the defect is found before the expiry of two years from the date of the things consumer.
VII. Final Regulations

2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the relevant provisions of Polish law
3. Any disputes that may arise from the operation of this online store will be settled by the general court with jurisdiction over the seat of the Seller.
4.
